Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Phoenix, AZ $50-55/hr, based on experience Full-time, 4-5 days/week | PPO & FFS | Benefits eligible at 30+ hours/week 60-minute hygiene appointments with dedicated periodontal therapy time. You'll work an established recall base with full doctor support for exams and treatment planning, in a modern, collaborative practice. What Your Day Looks Like 60-minute prophy appointments, dedicated perio scheduling Established patient base and active recall program Doctor support for exams and treatment planning Digital workflows and modern equipment What You'll Do Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Complete periodontal charting and assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction Flag treatment needs to patients and providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support preventive care and long-term oral health outcomes What You Need Active Dental Hygiene License Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable) Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong patient communication and education skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Nice to Have Laser Certification Periodontal therapy experience PPO / FFS / Medicaid experience Bilingual Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective 1st of the month after 60 days) 401(k) with 4% employer match Paid holidays (after 90 days) and generous PTO CE support Apply today — we're actively interviewing hygienists for this position.
