| Notes | Lakeshore Dental really values its hygienists. We are a private dental practice with two dentists and four hygienists currently. Our hygienists work a range from one day per week to four days per week. We allow you to pick the days and hours that work best in your life. Our office also has four full-time dental assistants who are there to support all hygienists in our office. The typical adult prophy is scheduled for 60 minutes, and 75 minutes for SRPs. As a member of the Lakeshore Dental team, you would receive benefits as a full-time employee at 28 hours per week. These benefits include Paid Time Off after 90 days, health insurance covered at 50%, disability insurance is offered to purchase, 401(k) and employer 3% match after 90 days, and any dental care needed for yourself and immediate family is covered, except for lab bills and products. You will also receive a uniform stipend for up to $200 per year, and all scrub tops and lab coats are provided. All CE and licensing requirements are paid for yearly. If you choose to become a part-time employee, you will receive up to 32 hours of sick time per year, 401 (k) with employee 3% match, all dental care for immediate family members and yourself is covered, except for lab bills and products, a uniform stipend up to $200 per year, and all scrub tops and lab coats provided. All CE and licensing requirements are paid for yearly. We have an amazing locker room for all clinical staff. Other amenities in our office include a dedicated staff lunch room with an espresso machine, exercise equipment, a bathroom with a shower in our finished basement, and parking. Finally, we are offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus for any hygienist who is hired and completes a total of 130 hours of work. We keep our hygienists for YEARS, and you'll see why.
