We’re building our hygiene department from the ground up at Dahle Family Dental and we’re looking for a hygienist who wants time, autonomy, and patients who are treated like humans, not drive-thru orders.
Dahle Family Dental in St George, has grown to the point where we’re ready to build our hygiene department, and we’re looking for the right hygienist to help design it from the ground up.
This is not a plug-and-play hygiene job.
This is an opportunity for someone who:
Is energetic and fun, Loves educating patients and building trust over time
Appreciates a conservative, relationship-based approach to dentistry
Wants a real voice in how hygiene is practiced, not just a schedule to fill
What makes this different:
Help design our hygiene program from scratch
Input on instruments, systems, and flow
1-hour recalls and 1.5-hour adult new patient appointments
We use lab microscopes to show plaque and meet patients at their current dental IQ. No all-or-nothing dentistry here
Flexible schedule: 1-2 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to start)
Opportunity to add days and help hire future hygienists as we grow
Compensation
Pay is flexible and based on what you bring to the practice. We’re open to hourly or base plus percentage of collections for the right fit.
New grads or experienced hygienists are welcome. The mindset matters more than the résumé.
