Midtown Smiles

Join Our Dynamic Dental Team! Full-time RDH for a boutique, single-doctor practice. Are you a passionate dental hygienist ready to elevate your career in a supportive, friendly environment? Midtown Smiles, a well-established one-doctor dental practice, is seeking a full-time dental hygienist who thrives in a warm, family-like atmosphere. With our commitment to patient care and a stellar reputation reflected in our 5-star reviews, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. In our adult-focused practice, you will provide top-notch dental hygiene services while building lasting relationships with our patients. Your day will primarily consist of seeing one patient at a time, dedicating sixty minutes to prophy appointments and two hours to new patient assessments and/or scaling and root planing (SRP). Your clinical skills will shine as you utilize advanced dental technologies, including Eaglesoft, Sirona, intraoral cameras, iTero, NOMAD Pro, Schick, Invisalign, and veneers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for enhancing patient health and boosting their confidence. You should be warm, engaging, and able to build trust with patients quickly. We value excellent communicators who can effectively educate patients with compassion and confidence. As part of our team-oriented practice, we are looking for someone dependable, positive, and driven by a growth mindset, eager to expand their skills. While preferred, a year or more of experience is not required for the right candidate, as we value attitude and a desire for continuous learning as much as experience. Our practice does not take scheduled lunch breaks and runs efficiently from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, allowing an uninterrupted flow of patient care and the ability to get home early and enjoy the rest of your day. Our competitive benefits package includes PTO, insurance, a 401K plan, and more! We are excited to discuss competitive salary rates based on your experience in person. If you are eager to join a committed team that prioritizes patient care and fosters professional growth, we would love to hear from you! Embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.
