# Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Upper East Side, Manhattan **$60–65/hr, based on experience** **Full-time, 5 days/week | Occasional Saturdays, scheduled in advance | Benefits eligible at 30+ hours/week** 60-minute hygiene appointments with dedicated periodontal therapy time — no double-booked columns. You'll work an established recall base with full doctor support for exams and treatment planning, in a modern, collaborative practice. ## What Your Day Looks Like - 60-minute prophy appointments, dedicated perio scheduling - Established patient base and active recall program - Doctor support for exams and treatment planning - Digital workflows and modern equipment ## What You'll Do - Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance - Complete periodontal charting and assessments - Take diagnostic radiographs - Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction - Flag treatment needs to patients and providers - Maintain accurate clinical documentation - Support preventive care and long-term oral health outcomes ## What You Need - Active NY Dental Hygiene License - Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable) - Current CPR/BLS Certification - Strong patient communication and education skills ## Nice to Have - Laser Certification - Periodontal therapy experience - PPO / FFS / Medicaid experience - Bilingual ## Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective 1st of the month after 60 days) - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Paid holidays (after 90 days) and PTO - CE support **Apply today** — we're actively interviewing hygienists for this Manhattan position.
