You’ll learn a great deal about dentistry from us, yet you’ll also teach us a thing or two... experience counts, but most of all you’ve got to care about our patients, you’ve got to have passion for dental hygiene, you’ve got to want to grow... and help our team do the same... You’d describe yourself as being as a self-starter, a creative problem solver, a team player, polished and yet still systematic and predictable. You’ll be confident to organize, manage, and grow our Hygiene Practice…We’re not looking for someone who needs hand-holding… Your remuneration and career path is limitless. We’re moving fast and we’re looking for go-getters! Base pay with percentage over goal, plus other options as hygiene continues to develop. Full-time Salary: $370.00 - $400.00 per day PLUS percentage over goal! Benefits: ICHRA for Health insurance premium, Paid time off, Professional development assistance Schedule: 1 hour appointments, longer for SRP, one hour lunch, no weekends, M-TH and only 8 Fridays per year (and less with hygiene growth), No weekends Supplemental pay types: percentage over goal and Ortho Bonus Work Location: One location, private fee-for-service family practice COVID-19 considerations: Curbside Waiting Room for patients, UV air sanitizers in central air conditioning ducts, floor based UV and Ozone cleaners running as well. Installed a second suction pump for increased HVE, PPE License/Certification: Virginia Dental Hygienist License (Required) Registered Dental Hygiene Degree, Associate or B.S. (Required) BLS CPR Certification for healthcare workers (Preferred) |
