| Notes | We want you to join our amazing team! Kirksville Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who is reliable and a team player. The hours for this position could be Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm and Friday 7:45am-2pm, but we are flexible. Looking for someone who could start as soon as possible. Our office has all the required PPE, is prescreening patients, and strictly adhering to the ADA and CDC guidelines regarding the COVID pandemic to keep both our patients and our employees as safe as possible. • An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning patients • A problem solver able to help people initiate their treatment plans • Motivated to learn • Passionate about the benefits of excellent dentistry • Be an ambassador for and promoter of our practice • Proficient in Eaglesoft Software • Proficient in Periodontal Disease education and treatment • Proficient in taking Digital Radiographs • Competent in co-diagnosing and pass-offs to the Doctor • Be willing to proactively grow the Hygiene Department by having a high level of accountability, follow-through, and proactively work to increase efficiency and productivity Benefits Include: -Uniform Reimbursement (up to $200/year) -Health Insurance -Dental Benefits -Hygiene Reimbursement (can be used for CE's, license renewals, etc.) -Paid Holidays -Production Bonus If you are the right person for the position and wish to join our team, please send your resume.
