| Notes | Downers Grove General Dentistry Office Hiring Front Desk Position Looking for a new team member to replace a long time employee ready to retire Monday 7AM-3PM Tuesday 12:30PM-9:30PM Thursday and Friday 8:00AM-5 30PM Saturday 8:30AM-12: 30PM Call 630-969-4645 We are a general dentistry practice located at 5133 Washington Street, Suite 4 in downtown Downers Grove. (At the SE corner of Curtiss and Washington) Seeking an individual who is responsible and hard working, with strong communication skills. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptive and willing to learn. The applicant should have basic accounting skills and computer competency in a Windows operating system. The job includes: -Schedule management including patient confirmation, setting recall and multi visit treatment appointments and filling vacancies in the schedule when a patient cancels/reschedules -Payment posting and processing from in person, mail and over the phone -Insurance processing: submission to dental insurance providers and follow up -Monthly billing and report generation -Filing, patient communication, and computer data entry -Awareness and competency in other office positions including seating patients, room set up and room breakdown/disinfection and sanitation procedures. -Instrument sterilization Training is provided.
