| Notes | Resolute Dental Partners is a doctor owned local dental group with multiple locations in southeastern CT. 1 hour appts! We can be flexible with hours. We are seeking a full time dental hygienist who shares our passion for quality, compassionate & comprehensive treatment to all you enter our practices. We desire an engaged, motivated and driven individual with a growth mindset to join our incredible hygiene staff. Hygienists in our organization are paid hourly with monthly bonus opportunities! We pride ourselves in providing exceptional preventive care while we educate our patients about the oral-systemic connection. Anesthesia Certification is a must. Happy to have temps help up out as well. PTO, uniforms, bonuses Duties include: Set up, breakdown, and sterilization of instruments and operatories Take blood pressure and review medical history Oral health evaluations (cancer screening, hard and soft tissue, perio charting, dental caries, homecare routines) Perform complete dental prophys, scaling and root planing, application of topical fluoride Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Acquire digital radiographs Collaboration with the Doctor during hygiene appointments to facilitate a thorough exam for the patient Treatment planning Opportunities: Collaborative work environment CE opportunities Monthly bonus opportunities Amazing team environment Inspired Hygiene training |
