| Notes | Job description Grand Lake Dental in Grove, Oklahoma is looking for a self-motivated, goal-orientated dental hygienist. We make sure that those hours at work are as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. No nights, weekends, or emergencies. Most importantly: no negativity for you to carry back home. Responsibilities: As a Dental Hygienist, you will clean teeth and examine patient oral areas, head and neck for signs of oral disease. You will also record and review patient medical histories. Additional responsibilities and requirements of the Dental Hygienist include: • Open to coaching, mentorship, and performance management style. • Engaged in a patient flow and experience • Excellent communication skills, and contributing back to our community • Ability to multi-task and take initiative • Ability to drive a team and hold people accountable • Strong attention to detail Requirements: • Previous experience working as a licensed dental hygienist • Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments • Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation • Eaglesoft computer experience a plus • Experience using Velscope a plus • Experience using electronic medical records a plus Education: • Valid Oklahoma Dental Hygienist license • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus • CPR Certification Incentives * Paid Holidays and additional PTO * Health Insurance - We pay 1/2 * Life Insurance - Practice Pays * Vision Benefits * Dental Benefits for Employee and Immediate Family * Bonus Potential * 401(k) after 1 year of employment and employer 4% matching |
