| Notes | We are in need of a temporary hygienist to cover our long term employee who is having surgery. We are a small practice with one doc and 2 hygienists working out of 4 ops. Our patient base is 90% adult and teens, we do not see small children. We allow plenty of time for each appointment, one hour for each prophy, perio main, and 2 hours for half mouth SRP, our NP appointments are 1 hour with no cleaning, and 1.5 hours with cleaning.
