| Notes | Full Time Job Our modern general dental practice in Cary is looking to add a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional dental hygienist to our team for the long term. We have built a family practice with a strong emphasis on patient education, prevention, and providing exceptional dental care and customer service to all patients. Candidate must share these philosophies and must be a team player. Our practice strives to create the ideal dental experience from the moment our patients walk through the door, therefore applicants must have strong communication skills and an outgoing personality. The right candidate should: • Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including but not limited to: Review of medical history, taking radiographs, periodontal probing, performing oral cancer examination, scaling and root planing, dental prophylaxis, administering fluoride, sealants • Providing oral hygiene instruction • Sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments • Thoroughly document patient’s records • Take an active role in the success and growth of the practice • Licensed to administer local anesthetic. • Strong communication skills. • Willing to work as part of a team. • Punctual, positive, friendly, and OUTGOING. Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm with 1 hr lunch Wednesday 7:30am-1:00pm (Until 2pm during the summer months: OFF when we work our One Saturday per month) Friday 7:30am-Noon ONE Saturday per month 7:30am-12:00pm (Only have May, July, September & November 2023 left to work, then NO Saturdays!)
