What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $21 per hour with opportunity for increases Team bonuses and individual performance incentives Benefits including 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid time off, and uniform allowance Free dental care for you and your dependents, lab fees not included A supportive culture that values growth, training, and mentorship What You Will Do: Welcome patients and help create a warm, positive first impression of our practice Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the schedule organized and efficient Check patients in and out and collect payments Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements Answer phones and assist patients with questions about their care Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What We Are Looking For: Previous dental front desk experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus) A positive, dependable team player attitude Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Avg. 36 hours per week and no weekends
