| Notes | Grand Lake Dental in Grove, Oklahoma is looking for a motivated, goal-orientated individual to help provide the most efficient dental care for our community as possible as a Dental Hygienist. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Pay is up to $320 per day, with bonus system. For the right individual there will be a $5,000 sign on bonus. Responsibilities: As a Dental Hygienist, you will clean teeth and examine patient oral areas, head and neck for signs of oral disease. You will also record and review patient medical histories. Additional responsibilities and requirements of the Dental Hygienist include: • Cleaning calcaneus deposits, accretions and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins with dental instruments • Charting conditions of dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist • Maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment • Applying fluorides and other cavity preventing agents to prevent dental decay Requirements: • Previous experience working as a licensed dental hygienist • Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments • Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation • Eaglesoft computer experience a plus • Experience using Velscope a plus • Experience using electronic medical records a plus Education: • Valid Oklahoma Dental Hygienist license • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus • CPR Certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $320.00 per day Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan Schedule: • 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: • Bonus pay • Signing bonus Work Location: • One location - Grove, OK Company's website: • www.grandlakedental.com |
