We are a privately owned, patient-focused dental practice located in a beautiful, newly opened office in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling / Treatment Coordinator who enjoys connecting with patients and helping a dental practice run smoothly. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience, from the first phone call through treatment completion. Daily responsibilities include managing the appointment schedule, confirming appointments, coordinating treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, following up on unscheduled treatment, and helping patients understand their next steps. Our practice offers comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, Invisalign, veneers, oral surgery, and laser treatments. We use Archy, a modern cloud-based practice management system, to help streamline scheduling, patient communication, and daily operations. We're a small, collaborative team that values professionalism, accountability, clear communication, and a willingness to help one another. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable discussing treatment costs, and skilled at building lasting patient relationships. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the schedule, follows through on details, and helps patients feel confident and comfortable moving forward with recommended treatment.
