| Notes | Part time, Full time, or Temp Hygienist needed! Happy to work with you on the days and hours you need. Gorgeous office with top of the line equipment. We value our hygienists and are very competitive in our compensation. You'll get monthly bonuses too! Happy to discuss wage as well. You'll have 1 hour appointments to allow plenty of time for patient care. 90 min for new patients. The RDH has the flexibility of creating the appt. length. Medical, Dental plan, Vision, PTO, 401(k), Holiday pay, CE, $250 annual professional allowance for all employees working 24 hours or more. Competitive hourly pay, onboarding bonus, and monthly bonus There is a hygiene council that supports the RDH. The Co-Founder is a RDH and is amazing and our Chief Strategy Officer (calls herself Queen of Hygiene Happiness). Very supportive. We focus on patient care instead of metrics.
