| Notes | We currently run 4 fulltime hygiene chairs and are looking to add a 5th. All equipment and training is provided. Our standard prophy appt is 1 hr, new patient is 2 hr, and 2 quads of scaling is 2 hours. We have an office collection bonus program and a hygiene specific production bonus program. There is a group medical insurance plan that employees can participate in. Paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 yr. | ||||||||||||||||||||
