| Notes | $15,000 Sign on Bonus Dental Care of Fairfield is looking for a hygiene provider to support our patient care. We realize you have to manage your world as well so we can offer amazing work life balance!! We have a rotating schedule which means every other week you will have a 4 day weekend!!! This gives the opportunity to take small trips, Dr appts, travel for sporting events with the kids etc. without having to use PTO (We offer that too!). We are looking to deliver amazing patient care.
