What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $21 per hour with opportunity for increases Team bonuses and individual performance incentives Benefits including 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid time off, and uniform allowance Free dental care for you and your dependents, lab fees not included A supportive culture that values growth, training, and mentorship What You Will Do: Assist doctors during procedures while keeping patients comfortable Take x rays and digital scans and document accurately in Dentrix Prepare operatories and maintain proper sterilization Educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care What We Are Looking For: Dental Assistant with current x ray certification Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, dependable team player attitude Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to change) 36 hours per week and no weekends
