| Notes | We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for a Dental Assistant to join a traveling Ortho team. EFODA is required and Ortho experience is preferred but not required. The home office will be based out of GD Cornell Center, 16155 NW Cornell Road, Suite 450 Beaverton, OR 97006. Additional locations include GD Hillsboro, GD Progress Ridge, GD Sherwood, and GD Tigard as part of a traveling Ortho team. Mileage and travel reimbursement is provided. | ||||||||||||||||||||
