Good news, Asheville Periodontics is looking to add a Dental Surgical Assistant/Front Desk Admin member to our team! We have a beautiful, modern office located in Asheville; right near the Outlets. Our team is committed to quality care for every patient, and we believe that every member of our team has a direct impact on the health and comfort level of our patients. This position will be a chair side assistant to our doctor while performing surgeries, along with working at the front desk to complete tasks to help the office run smoothly. While some previous experience is required, a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities. We look forward to meeting you! This position would ideally involve 2 days per week chair side assisting the doctor with surgeries and 2 days per week working at the front desk. Administrative tasks would include scheduling patients, confirming patients, sending inter-office correspondence and verifying dental benefits. This would be an ideal position for someone who has been in dentistry and is no longer wanting to be chair side full time and looking to transition to the administrative side of a dental practice.
