Dental Hygienist Role in Our Practice: Outstanding ability to establish rapport with patients and team Exceptionally skilled in maintaining proper safety protocols and performing hygiene services for patients Warmly engaging patients and educating them on appropriate oral hygiene therapies Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision Committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients Partnering with our dentists to deliver 5-star service at every visit Our Ideal Candidate will have: Dependability Willingness to learn, be coachable and share ideas Valid Dental Hygiene License for Virginia (Required) Bilingual (Optional but highly preferred) CPR Certification (Optional - but highly preferred) AED Certification (Optional - but highly preferred) Experience with Dentrix (Optional - but highly preferred) Salary Range: $60 - $65 per hour based on experience and productivity 1 hour appts for recare. We allow plenty of time for patient care. 90 minutes for new patients.
